Balwyn Evergreen Centre is a welcoming community offering a range of social support programs and activities for older people in and around Boroondara. We aim to help people live independently in their own homes by strengthening their community connections and fostering a sense of belonging. Our venue is bright and airy and perfect for people to meet and connect, especially in our recently established Evergreen Connections Cafe & Information Hub. Everyone is welcome!
